ABSTRACT There is disclosed a cigarette making device and a kit. The device has a pair of continuous layers of flexible material lying in juxtaposition with one another, and each layer has length and width dimensions with a pair of opposed sides and a pair of opposed ends. The length dimension of at least one of the layers is at least equal to the length of a cigarette tube to be filled, and the device also has tobacco guide feeding means attached to and extending from one of the opposed sides of one of the layers. The kit includes the above device and a work surface.
