In a disposable diaper according to the present invention, a pair of hooked fastener components serving to connect front and rear waist regions of the diaper in separable manner are bonded to transversely opposite sides, respectively, of the front or rear waist regions and are covered with soft sheets, respectively, except a middle zone and an inner zone of the hooked fastener components extending aside to a middle line of the diaper and thereby the present invention prevents the wearer's skin from being stimulated by the hooked fastener.
