A disposable drum for instance for cable and line, consisting of a stable sleeve (1) having a predetermined inner diameter Dhi, two end elements (2, 3) and two central plugs (4, 5), each end element having an aperture (12) for the sleeve and receiving and firmly clamping the end portion of the sleeve between it and the plug, and the plug (4, 5) has a leading expansion part (19) which expands the sleeve when inserted, and an adjacent friction part (20) which produces friction engagement with the sleeve after full insertion of the plug and cooperates with the end element so that the sleeve is firmly clamped by friction engagement between the plug and the end element, said expansion part and the friction part having a combined axial dimension that is 50-200 % greater than the thickness of one end element. According to the invention the expansion part is conical with a conicity of less than 10°, and has a predetermined diameter D1 measured furthest away from the friction part and a predetermined diameter D2 at the transition to the friction part. The friction part is conical, with a conicity of less than 6°, that in each case is less than that of the expansion part, where D1 Dhi and D2 > Dhi, viz. 2-10 mm.
Tambour jetable servant, par exemple, à enrouler un câble ou un fil et constitué par un élément d'écartement stable (1) possédant un diamètre intérieur prédéterminé Dhi, deux éléments d'extrémité (2, 3) et deux bouchons centraux (4, 5); chaque élément d'extrémité possède une ouverture (12) pour l'élément d'écartement, loge et serre fermement la partie d'extrémité dudit élément d'écartement contre le bouchon; le bouchon (4, 5) possède une partie d'expansion avant (19) qui élargit l'élément d'écartement quand on l'introduit dans ledit élément et une partie de friction contiguë (20) qui réalise un accouplement par friction avec l'élément d'écartement après introduction totale dudit bouchon et coopère avec l'élément d'extrémité, de telle manière que l'élément d'écartement est serré fermement au moyen de l'accouplement par friction entre le bouchon et l'élément d'extrémité, ladite partie d'expansion et la partie de friction possédant une dimension axiale combinée supérieure de 50-200 % à l'épaisseur d'un élément d'extrémité. D'après l'invention, la partie d'expansion est conique et présente une conicité inférieure à 10~; elle possède également un diamètre D1 prédéterminé, mesuré au niveau du point le plus éloigné de la partie de friction, ainsi qu'un diamètre D1 prédéterminé au niveau de la transition vers la partie de friction. Cette dernière est conique et présente une conicité inférieure à 6~ et inférieure, dans tous les cas, à celle de la partie d'expansion, où D1 <= Dhi, et D2 > Dhi, à savoir 2-10 mm.
