The invention relates to a disposable, active substance-releasing electrical device. The inventive device comprises a container (1) for the active substance in liquid form and a permeable membrane (3) which is used to seal said container and which allows the passage of the active substance vapour, but prevents the passage of liquid. The invention also comprises a porous support (5) which is disposed on the inner face of the aforementioned membrane (3) in order to convey the active substance towards the centre of the membrane (3). According to the invention, the substance is heated by a heating element (9) comprising pins (10) which are directly connected to the pins (8) of a plug (7), by means of which the device is powered. In this way, the heating of the active substance causes same to evaporate and leave the device through windows (12) which are provided in the structure (11) used to connect the container (1) to the plug (7). The above-mentioned assembly forms a disposable device, although the container (1) can be produced such as to be interchangeable.
Le dispositif comporte une conteneur (1) de la substance active sous forme liquide qui se ferme au moyen d'une membrane perméable (3) laissant passer la vapeur de la substance active et empêchant le passage de liquide. On y ajoute un supporte poreux (5) sur la face interne de la membrane (3) afin d'acheminer la substance active vers le centre de la membrane (3), qui est chauffée par un élément chauffant (9) à l'aide de broches (10) qui sont directement accouplées sur les broches (8) d'une fiche (7) à travers laquelle est alimenté le dispositif. Sous l'effet du chauffage, on obtient l'évaporation de la substance active qui sort vers l'extérieur à travers des fenêtres (12) prévues sur un boîtier (11) qui unit le conteneur (1) avec la fiche (7). L'ensemble forme un dispositif à un seul usage, même si le conteneur (1) peut être conçu pour être interchangeable.
