The invention relates to a disposable element for a medical treatment device, especially a hemodialysis device. The inventive disposable element comprises a film bag filled with the dialysis liquid that consists of two superimposed flat films or a tubular film with connections for supplying and discharging the liquid. The film bag or the tubular film, in the condition ready for usage, is closed with a first weld on the top end and with a second weld (4,5) on the lower end and is folded several times parallel to the longitudinal axis that is vertical in the condition ready for usage. The film bag is inserted in a receiving unit that is configured as a shaping dish (15) that has a middle cylindrical section (16) followed by an upper or lower convex section (17, 18). The inventive disposable element, when combined with the receiving unit, unfolds more easily when being filled and has a lesser tendency to form creases.

L'invention concerne un objet à usage unique pour un dispositif de traitement médical, en particulier un dispositif d'hémodialyse. Ce dispositif comprend une poche remplie d'un liquide de dialyse et formée de deux films appliqués l'un sur l'autre ou un film tubulaire doté de raccords pour le remplissage et l'évacuation du liquide. La poche ou le film tubulaire est, en position d'utilisation, fermé(e) par un premier cordon de soudure à son extrémité supérieure et par un second cordon de soudure (4, 5) à son extrémité inférieure et il(elle) est replié(e) plusieurs fois sur lui(elle)-même selon une ligne parallèle à l'axe longitudinal vertical en position d'utilisation. Ladite poche est placée dans une coque (15) qui lui confère sa forme et présente une partie centrale cylindrique (16) se terminant par deux parties concaves (17, 18) en haut et en bas. Ledit objet à usage unique se caractérise, en relation avec la coque réceptacle, par un déploiement aisé lors de son remplissage et par une faible propension au plissement.
