A disposable litter bag system provides a clip mountable within an automobile or the like. The clip is provided with first and second jaws which detachably engage one another to secure a bundle of litter bags. The litter bags are provided with flaps adapted to be secured in the clip, suspending a tear-away portion of the bag which can thus be detached for disposal.
