A disposable mitt wipe includes a truncate-like mitt body having tapering sides, a top layer, and a bottom layer. A bond line joins portions of the top and bottom layers to form an interior space and a mitt opening. A dispensing flap member and an access flap member are associated with the bottom layer to assist the user in easily dispensing the mitt wipe, visually identifying the mitt opening, and separating the top and bottom layers in order to place the mitt wipe on the hand. A single solution, or different solutions, can be applied to the top and bottom layers of the mitt wipe. The solutions can include cleaning and/or moisturizing lotions, insect repellent, sunscreen, or the like.
