ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A disposable nursing bag assembly is provided, comprising a bag prefilled with sterilized infant's formula and adapted to be snuggly inserted into a tubular holder of already existing nursing systems like the one sold under the trade-mark PLAYTEX. This bag which is closed to form a storage chamber, has a dispensing end enclosed within a protective bag in order to insure its sterility until it is used. In use, the protective chamber is incised to form two flaps which are folded over the upper edge of the holder so as to overhang from it after insertion of the assembly within the tubular holder. The dispensing end is incised and a nipple assembly is disposed around and over the folded flap portions such that the nipple portion completely encloses the dispensing end.
