The filter is shaped like a plastron made of filtering non-woven with a cut-out neckline (2) with an edge extended by two fastening straps (3, 3') that form a closed loop around the user's neck, the strap (3) bearing an adhesive portion (4) that sticks on the strap (3'). At the back, in contact with the user's trunk, the plastron has an adhesive area (5) in the form of a strip, transversally arranged substantially flush with the neckline (2), and two adhesive areas (6, 6') far from the neckline. The adhesive areas (5, 6, 6') ensure that the plastron adheres hermetically to the user's neck, and remains perfectly flat on the trunk, in spite of being rubbed by clothes. The adhesive of the portion (4) is chosen such that it can be used only once, the unsticking of the straps (3, 3') causing them to be torn or to lose their adhesive power, such that the filter can be used only once, thus ensuring hygiene.

Le filtre a la forme d'un plastron en non-tissé filtrant présentant une découpe en encolure (2) avec une bordure qui se prolonge par deux bandes d'attache (3, 3') qui forment une boucle fermée autour du cou du sujet, la bande (3) portant une plage adhésive (4) qui se colle sur la bande (3'). Le plastron porte, sur sa face envers destinée à venir au contact du torse du sujet, une plage adhésive (5) en forme de bande, disposée transversalement sensiblement au ras de l'encolure (2), au plus loin de l'encolure deux plages adhésives (6, 6'). Les plages adhésives (5, 6, 6') assurent que le plastron s'applique hermétiquement au cou du sujet, et reste bien à plat sur le torse, malgré le frottement des vêtements. L'adhésif de la plage (4) est choisi de telle sorte qu'il ne puisse servir qu'une fois, la séparation des bandes (3, 3') provoquant un déchirement ou une perte de pouvoir adhésif, de sorte que le filtre ne peut servir qu'une fois, pour assurer l'hygiène.
