Abstract: An instrument that is manually operated for personal oral hygiene. It is known to have a reusable brushing head and a detachable disposable toothpaste cartridge. that is attached to the brushing head by means of a threaded connection. The brushing head has a hollow cavity for toothpaste to pass through it and be dispensed onto the base of the bristles by means of a pump action or screw action device attached to the end of the tooth- paste cartridge.
