The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst containing nickel, tungsten, fluorine, zeolite as well as alumina. Said catalyst is composed of, based on the total weight of the catalyst, 0.5-5.0 wt.% fluorine, 2.5-6.0 wt.% nickel oxide, 10-38 wt.% tungsten oxide, and a catalyst carrier. Said carrier is composed of 20-90 wt.% alumina and 10-80 wt.% zeolite wherein the zeolite is mesopore or macropore zeolite of an acidity strength value 1.0-2.0 mmol/g determined by NH3-TPD, the alumina is the alumina of an acidity strength value 0.5-0.8 mmol/g determined by NH3-TPD. Said catalyst possesses good desulfurization activity, denitrogenation activity, and higher selectivity with respect to middle distillates than that of the prior art.
Cette invention se rapporte à un catalyseur d'hydrocraquage contenant du nickel, du tungstène, du fluor, de la zéolite et de l'alumine. Ce catalyseur se compose des éléments suivants, dont la proportion est calculée sur la base du poids total du catalyseur: 0,5 à 5,0 % en poids de fluor, 2,5 à 6,0 % en poids d'oxyde de nickel, 10 à 38 % en poids d'oxyde de tungstène et un support de catalyseur. Ce support se compose de 20 à 80 % en poids d'alumine et de 10 à 80 % en poids de zéolite, la zéolite étant de la zéolite mésoporeuse ou macroporeuse d'un degré d'acidité compris entre 1,0 et 2,0 mmol/g déterminé par NH3-TPD et l'alumine étant une alumine d'un degré d'acidité compris entre 0,5 et 0,8 mmol/g déterminé par NH3-TPD. Un tel catalyseur déploie une bonne activité de désulfuration, une bonne activité de dénitrogénation et une sélectivité pour les mazouts légers qui est supérieure à celle de l'état actuel de la technique.
