The invention pertains to the discovery of novel disulfide linked cell toxins which can ablate NK-1 receptor expressing cells. These toxins are used as pharmaceutical compositions for the ablation of NK1 receptor expressing cells and comprise a substance P (SP)-Pseudomononas exotoxin disulfide linked conjugate. The invention also includes methods of making and using these toxins and pharmaceutical compositions.

L'invention concerne la découverte de nouvelles toxines de cellules liées au bisulfure qui peuvent produire une ablation des cellules exprimant le récepteur NK- 1. Ces toxines sont utilisées en tant que compositions pharmaceutiques destinées à l'ablation des cellules exprimant le récepteur NK- 1 et contiennent un conjugué lié de disulfide d'exotoxine de la substance P (SP)-Pseudomononas. Ladite invention a également trait aux procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de ces toxines et compositions pharmaceutiques.
