A pair of frame members substantially perpendicular to each other with detachable mounting means are seated on the container walls and contain bag engaging means for supporting bags in compartments defined by the divider within the container. The divider frame members can be detachably mounted on the walls at the corners of the container or the side and end walls of the container.
