ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The transfer gear case for a power dividing transmission is hingedly connected to one frame section of an articulated tractor vehicle and supported for angular displacement about an oscillation axis by the other frame section of the vehicle. The transmission output shaft is rotatably mounted within the transfer gear case about the oscillation axis and is connected by universal drive shafts to the vehicle wheels respectively supporting the two frame sections.
