In a conveyance line for work that is produced by forming semi-finished containers on a container-forming plastic sheet that is continuous in a belt shape, DLC films can be formed in the line on the surfaces of the intermittently arriving semi-finished containers without use of a special loading/unloading mechanism. An upper casing (11A) placed above a conveyance line for work (W) and a lower casing (11B) below the conveyance line are joined to form a vacuum chamber (11) that receives intermittently arriving semi-finished containers (3 ...) by a predetermined number of containers for each arrival and applies DLC coating on the surfaces of the containers. A seal material (32) is attached to the portion of the joining, and the seal material is capable of maintaining the inside of the chamber (11) at vacuum of 0.5 - 5000 Pa. Also, when the semi-finished containers (3 ...) are loaded into and unloaded from the vacuum chamber (11), the casings (11A, 11B) are relatively moved in the direction where the casings are separated from each other, enabling the loading and unloading of the containers.
Dans une chaîne de convoyage de pièce d~usinage produite par conformage de conteneurs semi-finis sur une feuille plastique de formage de conteneurs qui est continue et en forme de tapis, on peut obtenir des films DLC dans la chaîne à la surface des conteneurs semi-finis arrivant de manière intermittente sans utiliser de mécanisme spécial de chargement et de déchargement. Un coffrage supérieur (11A) placé au-dessus d~une chaîne de convoyage pour pièce d~usinage (W) et un coffrage inférieur (11B) au-dessous de la chaîne de convoyage sont joints pour constituer une chambre à dépression (11) recevant les conteneurs semi-finis arrivant de manière intermittente (3 ...) selon un nombre prédéterminé de conteneurs pour chaque arrivée et appliquant un revêtement DLC à la surface des conteneurs. Un matériau d~étanchéité (32) est fixé à la portion de jonction et le matériau d~étanchéité est capable de maintenir l~intérieur de la chambre (11) à une dépression de 0,5 - 5000 Pa. En outre, lorsque l~on charge les conteneurs semi-finis (3 ...) dans la chambre à dépression (11) et qu~on les décharge de celle-ci, les coffrages (11A, 11B) sont déplacés de manière relative dans la direction dans laquelle les coffrages sont séparés de l~un de l~autre, permettant le chargement et le déchargement des conteneurs.
