Cloning of a cDNA of a novel protein kinase which is assumed to play various roles in vivo. A DNA containing a base sequence which encodes an amino acid sequence encoding a novel protein kinase, a base sequence which is the same as the above-mentioned one except having partial insertion, deletion or replacement, or a base sequence hybridizable therewith; a plasmid having this DNA; a transformant having this plasmid; a process for producing the DNA; and an oligonucleotide hybridizable specifically with the base sequence encoding the above-mentioned amino acid sequence.

L'invention concerne un clonage d'ADNc pour une nouvelle protéine kinase, l'opération étant censée remplir plusieurs fonctions in vivo. Sont décrits l'ADN contenant une séquence de bases codant pour une séquence aminoacide, laquelle code pour une nouvelle protéine kinase, contenant aussi une séquence de bases identique à la séquence sus-mentionnée à l'exception d'une insertion, suppression ou substitution partielle, ou bien une séquence des bases pouvant être hybridée avec ce type de séquence; un plasmide comportant l'ADN en question; un transformant comportant ledit plasmide; un procédé de production de l'ADN; et un oligonucléotide pouvant être hybridé spécifiquement avec la séquence de bases codant pour la séquence aminoacide considérée.
