the invention relates to a nucleinic acid molecule coding for a protein acting as a subunit CHLD of plant Mg-chelatases, or for an active fragment thereof; a protein acting as a subunit CHLD, or an active frament thereof, preferably a recombinant protein; a method for determining the interaction of plant Mg- chelatase subunits, whereby a host cell with a DNA sequence in line with one or more of claims 1-3 and with at least one DNA sequence coding for another Mg- chelatase subunit is converted in such a way that the interaction of the Mg- chelatase gene products triggers a directly or indirectly measurable quality or quantity signal, preferably by activating a marker gene; transgenic plants, transgenic plant cells, transgenic plant seeds and transgenic reproduction material, containing a nucleinic acid molecule such as mentioned above.
La présente invention concerne une molécule d'acide nucléinique codant pour une protéine à fonction de sous-unité CHLD de chélatase végétale de magnésium ou pour un fragment actif d'une telle protéine; une protéine qui a la fonction d'une sous-unité CHLD de chélatase végétale de magnésium ou bien un fragment de cette protéine, de préférence une protéine recombinante; un procédé pour déterminer l'interaction de sous-unités de chélatase végétale de magnésium, selon lequel une cellule hôte ayant une séquence d'ADN conforme à une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3 et au moins une séquence d'ADN codant pour une autre unité de chélatase de magnésium est transformée de telle manière que l'interaction des produits géniques de chélatase de magnésium déclenche un signal directement ou indirectement mesurable en qualité ou quantité, de préférence par l'activation d'un gène marqueur; des plantes transgéniques, des cellules végétales transgéniques, des semences végétales transgéniques, un potentiel de reproduction transgénique, contenant une molécule d'acide nucléinique telle que sus-mentionnée.
