DOCK BOAT WELL PROTECTIVE BUMPER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A protective bumper includes an elongated, resilient, planar member, a slider slidably mounted on and slidably positionable along the length of the planar member and an adjustable length line with fasteners attached at opposite ends for suspending and attaching the slider and the planar member to a stationary dock piling. A plurality of like planar members are interconnected end to end via mating projections and sockets formed on the ends of each planar member. 19
