ABSTRACT There is provided a carrier, primarily for use with oversize documents. The carrier is of flexible construction, made of a flexible waterproof material such as canvas, nylon or the like, so that the carrier and its contents can be rolled as a unit, and held in rolled position by fastening means, for ease of handling and transportation. When empty, the case can be folded into an integral pocket, to provide a small bulk for ease of storage.
