The invention relates to a faud-proof document comprising a carrier and at least one marking arranged on the carrier, wherein in at least a pan of the surface of the marking or along at least a part of the periphery of the marking a weakening pattern is arranged in the carrier which, when detached, results in a permanent and easily visible distortion of the pattern. When removing the glued-on passport photo or foil a forger will irrevocably distort the weakening pattern, this such that the regularity is permanently and visibly disturbed so that it is easy to ascertain that the document in question has been subjected to an attempted fraud.
La présente invention concerne un document infalsifiable comprenant un support et au moins une marque apposée sur le support. Sur une partie de la surface de la marque ou le long d'une partie du pourtour de la marque, on a disposé un élément d'affaiblissement prenant dans l'épaisseur du support. Ainsi, lorsqu'on enlève l'élément d'affaiblissement, l'élément conserve une déformation permanente facilement visible. Lorsqu'il enlève la photo d'identité collée ou le film antifraude, le fraudeur doit déformer de façon irrévocable l'élément d'affaiblissement, et ce, de sorte que la régularité est atteinte de façon permanente et visible, ce qui fait qu'il est facile d'affirmer que le document en question a été soumis à une tentative de fraude.
