ABSTRACT Document storage and display cabinet with one or more pull-out and tilt-down drawers with each drawer havng a spring-loaded hold-down and line marking rod which spans substantially the full width of the drawer and is positionable in any location from the front to the rear of the drawer and which by interaction with its spring loading is movable to a raised position spaced from the face of the drawer so as to not impede repositioning or movement of a document onto or out of the drawer.
