A deodorized pouch called "The Doggy Bag" used for the temporary storage of dog excrement designed with a smaller inner compartment for a solid deodorizer and an outer compartment for the storage of small disposable bags. The pouch is designed to fasten around the dog's neck. For use, a disposable bag is removed from its storage compartment and placed over the hand to pick up the wastes. The bag is then turned inside out, fastened by two corners, and stored in "The Doggy Bag". To properly dispose of the excrement, remove the disposable bag from "The Doggy Bag" and gently shake the wastes into a toilet. The excrement is flushed down the toilet and the used disposable bag is placed in the garbage.
