To remove a van seat, the seat's hooks are unclipped from the hook-sockets in the floor of the van, and the dolly is placed under the seat. The hooks are then clipped to the dolly, holding the dolly secure to the seat. The dolly comprises a frame to which the hooks of the van seat can be attached, and casters thereon, whereby the hooked-on seat can be manoeuvred around. The casters have sufficient spread to ensure the dolly-seat combination is stable enough for receiving a person for sitting. Though very secure, and robust, still the dolly is simple and inexpensive.
