The machine comprises a pair of risers (12) and a head (13) comprising a plurality of operating roller units (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) with rollers supported on the top and between said risers. According to the invention, said machine comprises a cover (14) pivotally mounted by means of a pin (14.1) with respect to said risers (12) and over said head (13) so to at least cover the gap on the top and on the front between the risers (12), in which said operating units are arranged, in its closed position. Cam means (16, 16.1) are functionally associated to said cover (14) and cam tracker means (17, 17.1) are functionally associated to a micro switch (18). The micro switch is electrically connected to the electrical power circuit of electrical geared motor means of the machine so that said micro switch (18) electrically closes the electrical circuit only when said cover (14) is correctly and completely closed (10) and consequently the electrical geared motor of the machine (10) can be turned along with the operating unit rollers (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) only in this condition.

Selon l'invention, ledit appareil comporte un couvercle (14) pivotant autour d'un axe (14.1) par rapport aux montants (12) de manière à couvrir en position de fermeture au moins le dessus et les côtés de l'espace compris entre les montants (12) où se trouvent les groupes fonctionnels. Des cames (16, 16,1) fonctionnellement associées au couvercle (14) et à des galets de came (17, 17,1) le sont également à un microrupteur (18), relié à l'alimentation du train réducteur à moteur électrique de la machine, qui ne ferme le circuit électrique que si le couvercle est correctement et parfaitement fermé. Par conséquent, le train réducteur à moteur de l'appareil (10) ne peut tourner et entraîner les groupes de rouleaux (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) qu'à cette condition.
