In male underwear it is known that the genitals are totally tucked and sophicated in by a full piece of material, shielding the whole of the genitalia and or the rectum area to the outside environment. In this invention the testical area of the male body are aloud to hang freely, and no real tuck pressure is pout on the penis. Men like myself are larger therefore it is hard to pack all of it in traditional underwear comfortably, and the sweat biuldup in this already warm area is also decreased a great percentage. The Dong Thong has a specially designed shaft sleeve made of every material soft & hard in 50 different sizes (smallest to biggest) or adjustable one thong fits all spandex or other one size adjustables made of other materials. Some of the sleeves have custom openings for urinating, so as to not have to fully remove thong sleeve (unstrechy material type designs or the sleeve for the xtra lg man). Some of the dong thong shaft sleeve's with adjustable ties will be cut, basically a one piece material cut, producing a full dong thong the most economical variance for the full world male population. Other will have a nice custom string tie form the waistline to the shaft sleeve or may be sewin to the initial main body upper edges and corners of the sleeve, which may be closed or open at the end. The waistline and the ( Y U V II ) strings or string that tuck and join at the shaft sleeve will be made of all materials including solids like tin steel, wire, chain, wood and more than one piece or any combination thereby combining to make the overall length around the waistline and from the sleeve up under on the left & right side of the testicals through the bum crack to the waistline. The shaft sleeve of the dong thong is place over the penis, then the waistline is ajusted comfortably, then the lower tabs ties are placed one on the left & right side of the testicals and brought back behind the sack where comfy tied together and one tab cut off or keep both tabs running up the bum crack to the center of the rear waistline.
