A door draft excluder has an elongate cylindrical body of resiliently deformable material jacketing a tube of plastic material, and an elongate flexible retaining member extending through the tube and having opposite end portions thereof projecting beyond opposite ends of the cylindrical body. The tube and the cylindrical body are freely rotatable about the retaining members and fasteners engageable with the opposite end portions have pointed spikes for penetration into door edges.
