The invention relates, according to a first aspect thereof, to an edge guiding arrangement, for a door having a plurality of mutually rotatable panels (2) which are extended between and movable along two elongate guides (4) at opposite edge por- tions (8) of the panels (2). The edge guid- ing arrangement comprises such a guide (4), a guide means (16) engaging and be- ing movable along the guide (4), and a joint between the guide means (16) and an edge portion of a panel (2). The edge guiding arrangement is characterized in that the guide means (16) is rotatable rel- ative to the guide (4) in a plane (P) per- pendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide (4), and that the joint between the guide means (16) and the panel (2) is resiliently flexible in said plane (P). The invention relates, according to a second aspect thereof, to an edge guiding arrange- ment designed for such a door and charac- terized in that the engagement between the guide means and the guide is such that the guide means (16) can be disengaged from the guide (4) upon a sufficiently great im- pact on the door.

L'invention concerne d'une part un système de guidage pour rive de porte, convenant à une porte comportant une pluralité de panneaux (2) pouvant pivoter les uns par rapport aux autres, qui s'étendent entre deux guides (4) oblongs situés au niveau de sections opposées (8) de rive des panneaux (2) et peuvent être déplacés le long desdits guides (4). Ce système de guidage de rive comprend un guide de ce type (4), un élément de guidage (16) en contact avec le guide (4) le long duquel il se déplace, ainsi qu'un joint articulé placé entre l'élément de guidage (16) et une section de rive d'un panneau (2). Le système de guidage de rive se caractérise en ce que l'élément de guidage (16) peut tourner par rapport au guide (4) dans un plan (P) perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale du guide (4), et que le joint situé entre l'élément de guidage (16) et le panneau (2) fait ressort dans ledit plan (P). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un système de guidage de rive prévu pour une porte de ce type et la structure du guide est telle que l'insertion de l'élément de guidage dans le guide est réalisée de manière à ce que l'élément de guidage (16) puisse être ressorti du guide sous l'effet d'un impact suffisamment important exercé sur la porte.
