This present invention is a door hinge with a built-in doorstopper that restricts the degree of rotation of the door thereby preventing the door from striking nearby wall and fixtures. The doorstopper is manufactured as a part of the center pin that holds the opposing leaflets of the door hinge together. The hinge leaflet that is mounted to the doorjamb contains a notch in its upper embodiment that holds the doorstopper and center pin in place. The opposing leaflet that is mounted to the door will come into contact with the doorstopper when opened to a certain degree, thus preventing the door from swinging open any further. This door hinge with built-in doorstopper is designed to replace the need for installing any other add on hardware that is presently used as a conventional door stopping device.
