Positions of attachment of door-side hinge arms (2) of doors (Df, Dr) are previously determined. At a temporary door-fixing step (b, c) before coating, positions of hinge positioning and retaining means ( 30fa, 30fb; 30ra, 30rb) of a door hinge-assembling jig (J) set at a predetermined position on an automobile body (B) are adjusted, while taking account of the correction of the ill-fitting such as an inclination of the door due to its own weight or the like to be generated when the door (Df, Dr) will be attached to the automobile body (B) at a final door-attaching step (g) after the coating, and body-side hinge arms (1) of door hinges (Hfa, Hfb; Hra, Hrb) retained on the hinge positioning and retaining means (30fa, 30fb; 30ra, 30rb) are attached to the automobile body (B). Thus, the final attachment of the doors can be conducted properly without correction of any ill-fitting of the door after equipping.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'installation d'une portière de voiture, qui consiste à déterminer les positions d'installation des bras d'articulation latéraux (2) de portières (Df, Dr) au préalable; à ajuster, dans des opérations de montage temporaire des portières (b, c), avant peinture, les emplacements de moyens de positionnement et de retenue des charnières (30fa, 30fb, 30ra, 30rb) d'un bâti de montage de charnière de portière (J) placé à un emplacement précis d'une carrosserie de voiture (B), ce qui permet d'adapter le niveau de correction d'une inclinaison causée par l'auto-pondération des portières (Df, Dr) lorsque celles-ci sont installées sur la carrosserie de la voiture (B) dans le cadre d'une opération d'installation définitive des portières (g), après peinture. Le procédé consiste ensuite à installer des bras d'articulation latéraux des carrosserie (1) des charnières de portière (Hfa. Hfb, Hra, Hrb,) maintenus portés par les moyens de positionnement et de retenue des charnières (30fa, 30fb, 30ra, 30rb) sur la carrosserie de la voiture (B), ce qui permet de réaliser avec précision l'installation définitive des portières, sans nécessité d'apporter des corrections après installation.
