A door set assembly for use with a door having a latch portion; a first magnetic material, located within the latch portion; a strike plate, the strike plate including a plate portion and a latch receiving portion, the receiving portion having a pair of clips; and a second magnet holder. When the door is closed, the magnets attract each other thereby pulling the latch portion into the latch receiving portion to secure the door closed.

L'invention porte sur un ensemble porte qui comporte : une partie de loquet ; un premier matériau magnétique, situé à l'intérieur de la partie de loquet ; une gâche, la gâche comprenant une partie de plaque et une partie de réception de loquet ; un second matériau magnétique, situé à l'intérieur de la partie de réception de loquet, le second matériau magnétique ayant une polarité opposée à celle du premier matériau magnétique, les aimants s'attirant l'un l'autre, lorsqu'une porte est fermée, tirant ainsi la partie de loquet dans la partie de réception de loquet pour maintenir la porte fermée.
