The invention relates to a dosage form that is safeguarded from abuse. In addition to one or more active substances that could be subject to abuse, said form comprises two or more of the following constituents (a)-(d): (a) at least one substance that irritates the nasal and/or pharyngeal region; (b) at least one agent that increases viscosity, which forms a gel in an extract that is obtained from the dosage form with the aid of a required minimum quantity of an aqueous liquid, whereby the gel can still be visibly differentiated after being introduced into an additional quantity of an aqueous liquid, (c) at least one antagonist for the active substance or substances that could be subject to abuse, (d) at least one emetic.

La présente invention concerne une forme galénique protégée contre un usage détourné, cette forme galénique contenant, en plus d'un ou de plusieurs principes actifs susceptibles de faire l'objet d'un usage détourné, au moins deux des composants a) à d) suivants : (a) au moins une substance irritant la région du nez et/ou du pharynx, (b) au moins un agent augmentant la viscosité, lequel forme, dans un extrait de cette forme galénique obtenu à l'aide d'une quantité minimale requise d'un liquide aqueux, un gel qui reste visuellement différenciable lorsqu'il est introduit dans une quantité supplémentaire d'un liquide aqueux, (c) au moins un antagoniste du ou des principes actifs susceptibles de faire l'objet d'un usage détourné, (d) au moins un émétique.
