The invention propos-es a dosing device (1) for the prepa-ration of a food composition com-prising supply means (2) for provid-ing a soluble powder, a dosing mem-ber (3) which is rotatably mounted and which comprises at least one re-cessed portion (4) for receiving pow-der supplied by the supply means (2) in a first rotational position and dis-charging powder in a second rota-tional position, and tapping means (5) driven by the rotation of the dos-ing member (3) and designed to in-duce a reciprocating force on the supply means (2).
