It is the object of this invention to facilitate the attachment of two cylindrical bars that are to be joined perpendicularly to each other. The present invention allows fastening of bars without the use of any tools. Different from other attachments which make use of nuts and bolts, the present invention includes a simple attachment which snaps into place in order to secure two bars together at any location along the length of any of the two bars. Unlike nuts and bolts which project from the bars, the Double-C clip has no protrusion thus eliminating any snagging. It is also the object of this invention to allow the disassembly of perpendicular bars with the least amount of time and effort possible. The present invention provides a device that is small, lightweight, easy to manufacture and simple to use. It is designed with the minimum amount of material which allows simple manufacturing and effortless assembly. The present invention can be used for, but not limited to, any shelters constructed with the use of bars such garage tents, awnings, canopies sunshades, etc. The user is not limited by the size of the bars that need to be attached, since the present invention can be made in different sizes.
