The invention relates to a novel double hybrid system and to the uses thereof. This system provides, in particular, a tool that enables the detection of the interruption of a protein-protein interaction. The developed system uses transcription interference as a mechanism for detecting a breaking up of interacting protein pairs. The developed double hybrid system can be applied to the screening of molecules enabling the detection of molecules breaking up a protein-protein interaction as well as enabling the identification of alleles lacking in the interaction of proteins involved in the protein-protein interactions.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau système double-hybride et ses utilisations. Ce système procure notamment un outil permettant la détection de l'interruption d'une interaction protéine-protéine. Le système développé utilise l'interférence de transcription comme mécanisme de détection d'une dissociation de paires protéiques en interaction. Le système double-hybride développé peut être appliqué au criblage de molécules permettant la détection de molécules dissociant une interaction protéine-protéine ainsi qu'ô l'identification d'allèles déficients au niveau de l'interaction de protéines impliquées dans des interactions protéine-protéine.
