The invention relates to novel double metal cyanide (DMC) catalysts for producing polyether polyols by the polyaddition of alkylene oxides to active starter compounds that have active hydrogen atoms, whereby the catalyst contains a) double metal cyanide compounds, b) organic complex ligands and c) coronands. The inventive catalysts exhibit significantly increased activity during polyether polyol production.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux catalyseurs au cyanure bimétallique (DMC) pour produire des polyols de polyéther par polyaddition d'oxydes d'alkylène sur des composés initiateurs comportant des atomes d'hydrogène actif, ces catalyseurs comprenant a) des composés de cyanure bimétallique, b) des ligands complexes organiques et c) des coronands. Les catalyseurs selon l'invention présentent une activité sensiblement accrue lors de la production de polyols de polyéther.
