The invention relates to novel double metal cyanide (DMC) catalysts for the production of polyetherpolyols through polyaddition of alkylene oxides to starter compounds, comprising active hydrogen atoms, whereby the catalyst comprises a) double metal cyanide compounds, b) organic complex ligands and c) cyclic polyols. Said catalysts have markedly increased activity in the production of polyetherpolyols.
Nouveaux catalyseurs au cyanure métallique double (DMC) pour la production de polyétherpolyols par polyaddition d'oxydes d'alkylène à des composés de départ présentant des atomes d'hydrogène actifs, caractérisés en ce que le catalyseur renferme a) des composés de cyanure métallique double, b) des ligands complexes organiques et c) des polyols cycliques. Les catalyseurs selon l'invention présentent, pour la production de polyétherpolyols, une activité fortement accrue.
