ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present clip consists of two symmetrical parts which, in their central parts, have a set of teeth fitting into their oppo site counterpart, which from the last tooth or groove diminishes in progressive wedge shapes to both ends. In the central part and perpendicular to the teeth they have a groove in both sides to fit an elastomer band fitted in the said grooves.
