The aim of the invention is to design a double-roll machine, especially a rolling press for comminuting a bed of granular material, in such a way that the rolls can be mounted and dismounted and thus replaced more easily, faster, and more safely, said double-roll machine comprising two rotatably mounted, counterrotatingly driven rolls which are separated from each other by a nip and on the drive journals of which slip-on gear mechanisms are mounted as planetary reduction gears. Said aim is achieved by disposing a supporting table (19) underneath the slip-on gear mechanisms (15, 16), said supporting table (19) encompassing one respective table top (21, 22) which can be moved fore and aft parallel to the roll shaft in at least one direction, and positioning three vertically and horizontally adjustable bearing supports (23, 24, 25), which are mounted in a triangular arrangement, on the table top. The respective slip-on gear mechanism (15, 16) can be mounted on the bearing supports (23, 24, 25) so as to be aligned in a flush, offset-free manner relative to the drive journal of the roll shaft when the slip-on gear mechanism (15, 16) is mounted and dismounted.

L'invention concerne une machine à deux cylindres, en particulier une presse à rouleaux, pour le broyage d'un lit de matériau en grains, comprenant deux cylindres montés rotatifs, entraînés en sens contraire et séparés l'un de l'autre par un espace, sur les tourillons d'entraînement desquels sont fixés des réducteurs à arbre creux, sous forme d'engrenages planétaires réducteurs. L'invention a pour but concevoir une machine de ce type, de manière à effectuer plus simplement, plus rapidement et de manière plus fiable, le montage et le démontage des cylindres et, de ce fait, le changement de ces cylindres. A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'en dessous des réducteurs à arbre creux (15, 16) est agencée, pour chacun d'eux, une table de machine-outil (19) présentant une plaque (21, 22) animée d'un mouvement de va-et-vient, au moins dans une direction parallèle à l'arbre du cylindre, et en ce que trois supports (23, 24, 25) déplaçables verticalement et horizontalement sont agencés, montés en triangle, sur ladite plaque, supports sur lesquels chaque réducteur à arbre creux (15, 16) peut être mis en place lors du montage et du démontage, sans chevauchement, de manière à être aligné par rapport aux tourillons d'entraînement des arbres des cylindres.
