The oilfield tubular pin and box connection includes double shoulders (16, 22). An inner sleeve (18) engages the box at shoulder (20), and provides one of the two shoulders (16, 22) for engaging the pin. The pin bore optionally may be provided with a similar sleeve (24), thereby providing one of the shoulders for engaging the box. The sleeve (18) may be secured to the box shortly after its manufacture, or may be added as a retrofit to an existing box with a single shoulder.

L'invention concerne un raccordement tubulaire mâle-femelle de gisement pétrolifère comprenant des doubles épaulements (16, 22). Un manchon intérieur (18) entre en contact avec l'élément femelle au niveau de l'épaulement (20) et forme un des deux épaulements (16, 22) destiné à venir en contact avec l'élément mâle. L'alésage de l'élément mâle peut éventuellement être muni d'un manchon semblable (24), formant ainsi un des épaulements qui permettent de venir en contact avec l'élément femelle. Le manchon (18) peut soit être fixé sur l'élément femelle juste après sa fabrication, soit être ajouté sous forme de rattrapage à un élément femelle existant muni d'un seul épaulement.
