Abstract of the Disclosure A method is disclosed for manufacturing double-walled plastic tubing with an outer wall having transverse annular corrugations and a smooth annular channels linking them to the external atmosphere and/or to each other. During cooling of the extruded tube, distortion of the annular channels due to changing air pressure within them is avoided. After cooling, the openings are closed.
