ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cover for cooking food located over a heat source has an outer dome-shaped wall and an inner dome-shaped wall within the outer wall and spaced therefrom by spacers secured to each wall. The inner and outer walls are imperforate and have lower edges which are substantially horizontally aligned, thereby forming a space between the inner and outer walls which is open only at the lower edges. In use, hot air from the heat source and from within the inner wall can pass into the space between the walls at the lower edges and be retained in the space.
