This dough moulder includes a frame support (12), a dough sheeting mechanism (20), a dough rolling mechanism, a dough stretching mechanism, and at least one conveyor (14, 16) to transfer the dough from the sheeting mechanism (20) to the rolling and moulding mechanisms (24). Each conveyor (14, 16) constitutes a one-piece system structurally separate from the frame (12) and is mounted on the frame by removable fastening means (130, 132).
