A dough squeezing nozzle (10) for food machines serves to squeeze dough to shape the same into a predetermined configuration, and roughly comprises a nozzle body (11) and a nozzle end (12) which is provided at its tip with an opening (13), said nozzle body and said nozzle end being made of a nonadhesive and elastic material, said opening (13) being provided therearound with a plurality of radially extending notches (15), said nozzle end (12) being formed to have a smaller thickness than that of said nozzle body (11).

Tête d'extrusion de pâte de boulangerie (10) pour machines de fabrication de produits alimentaires. La tête sert à extruder la pâte pour lui conférer une configuration prédéterminée, et comporte notamment un corps de tête (11) et un embout de tête (12) dont l'extrémité est pourvue d'une ouverture (13), ledit corps et ledit embout étant exécutés dans un matériau élastique et non collant, ladite ouverture (13) étant entourée de plusieurs encoches radiales (15), et ledit embout de tête (12) étant formé de sorte que son épaisseur est inférieure à celle dudit corps de tête (11).
