A flow rate control device (18) placed down an oil well in production comprises holes (24) formed in the production tubing (16), a closure sleeve (26) suitable for sliding facing the holes (24), an actuator (31) disposed eccentrically relative to the tubing (16), and an intermediate part (29). The intermediate part (29) is guided out the tubing (16) in a manner such as to withstand the tilting torque due to the eccentricity of the actuator (31). A coupling (46) that is flexible except in the direction in which the sleeve is moved connects the part (29) to the closure sleeve (26) symmetrically about the axis of the tubing (16). The resulting decoupling guarantees that the sleeve (26) is self-centering, which improves the life-span of the device (18) significantly.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif de régulation de débit (18) qui est disposé au fond d'un puits de pétrole en cours de production, et qui se compose de trous (24) formés dans la colonne de production (16), d'un manchon de fermeture (26) capable de coulisser en face des trous (24), d'un actionneur (31) disposé de manière excentrique par rapport à la colonne (16), et d'une pièce intermédiaire (29). La pièce intermédiaire (29) est guidée sur la colonne (16) de manière à résister au couple de basculement dû à l'excentricité de l'actionneur (31). Un coupage (46), qui est flexible sauf dans la direction de déplacement du manchon, permet de connecter la pièce (29) au manchon de fermeture (26) de manière symétrique autour de l'axe de la colonne (16). Le découplage qui s'ensuit assure le centrage automatique du manchon (26), ce qui accroît sensiblement la durée de vie du dispositif (18).
