A B S T R A C T The present invention relates to a drain system comprising one or several fitting connecting tubes connecting each with the bottom of a basin and connecting to a collecting pipe connecting with a disposal drain, said collecting pipe comprising a water seal constituted by a pipe bend, characterized by a substantially horizontal collecting pipe on the end of which the water seal constituted by a pipe bend is in such position that the connecting tube or tubes without water seal is/are substantially at right angles to the imaginary plane passing through the central axis of the collecting pipe and of the pipe bend constituting the water seal.
