A drain trap with clean out for the tube and plumbing industry: May be stud mounted; installed inside or outside a wall. The drain trap (2) has tree apertures; the first aperture (3a) permits installation of a tube to a sink, fixture or drain; the second aperture (3b) is a clean out access and may be sealed with a cap (4a). When the cap (4a) is removed, user has access to the insides of the trap (2) and/or tube. This cap (4a) includes a device (5) for screening and/or cleaning the insides of the drain or tube and may be a detachable brush made of nylon bristle materials. The third aperture (3c) permits the trap to be connected to the waste line. A partition element (6) may prevent sewer gas from leaking and passing through. When installed inside a wall, it shall include a wall cover plate (1) and a screw (8a).
L'invention concerne un drain à siphon comportant un regard, destiné à l'industrie de la plomberie. Le drain à siphon peut être monté sur goujon et installé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur d'une paroi. Ledit drain à siphon (2) présente trois ouvertures : la première ouverture (3a) permet l'installation d'un tube sur un évier, un raccord ou un drain ; et, la deuxième ouverture (3b) est un regard et peut être fermée au moyen d'un bouchon (4a). Lorsque le bouchon (4a) est retiré, l'utilisateur peut accéder à l'intérieur du drain (2) et/ou du tube. Le bouchon (4a) comporte un élément (5) destiné à cribler et/ou à nettoyer l'intérieur du drain ou du tube, pouvant se présenter sous la forme d'une brosse détachable constituée de poils en nylon. La troisième ouverture (3c) permet de connecter le drain à l'évacuation d'eaux ménagères. Un élément de séparation (6) peut empêcher des gaz malodorants de s'échapper. Lorsque ledit drain est installé à l'intérieur d'une paroi, celui-ci comporte de préférence une plaque de couverture (1) et une vis (8a).
