The drainage concrete comprising a) a hydraulic binder selected from the group consisting of cements, b) a polymeric binder comprising an anionic styrene/ (meth)acrylate copolymer, and c) aggregates having particle sizes in the range from 2 to 32 mm and is suitable for producing a noise-reducing, highly absorbent, and water-permeable road surfacing which meets traffic safety requirements.
