A device for interconnecting drainage conduits that have been stabilized while forming building footings includes an annular disk and a cylindrical hub extending outwardly from and about the opening. A stop formed in the hub limits the insertion of the drain tile. A nub on the cylindrical hub prevents lateral movement of the device when the footing forms are removed. Breakaway fasteners are used to hold the device to the footing form. Drainage connectors interconnect with other conduit and connectors connected to other devices to form a network for routing moisture to a desired location.
