A dressing (30), a grommet (10) and a combination thereof are described for making a dressing for use in locating and retaining conduits and/or tubes used in therapy of a wound is described, the dressing (30) comprising a backing layer (32) having an adhesive coating (34) thereon for adhering the dressing (30) to a patient; the backing layer (32) having a cut-out (48) therein for receiving a grommet member (10); said grommet member (10) having at least one aperture (14) therethrough for receiving a conduit; and, said grommet member (10) further comprising a flange portion (16) in some embodiments for attaching the grommet member (10) to said adhesive coated backing layer (32).

L'invention concerne un pansement (30), un AEillet (10) et une combinaison de ceux-ci pour réaliser un pansement à des fins d'utilisation pour localiser et retenir des conduits et/ou tubes utilisés dans le cadre de la thérapie d'une plaie, le pansement (30) comportant une couche dorsale (32) ayant un revêtement adhésif (34) pour coller le pansement (30) sur un patient ; la couche dorsale (32) ayant une découpe (48) pour recevoir un organe de type AEillet (10) ; ledit organe de type AEillet (10) étant traversé par au moins une ouverture (14) travers de celui-ci pour recevoir un conduit ; et, ledit organe de type AEillet (10) comportant par ailleurs une partie bride (16) dans certains modes de réalisation pour attacher l'organe de type AEillet (10) sur ladite couche dorsale (32) revêtue d'un adhésif.
