A method and apparatus for a drilling with casing includes therewith a drill shoe (10) configured for later drilling through thereof in situ, with cutters retainable thereon in response to the forces encountered during borehole drilling, yet moveable from the envelope through which the later drill shoe will pass when cutting through the in situ drill shoe (10). The drill shoe (10) includes one or more profiles thereon, into which blades (26) carrying the formation drilling cutters are disposed. The profiles include at least one projection thereon, which is received within a mating slot in the blades. The blades (26) also may be configured to have opposed sections which are configured with respect to one another to have an included angle (136) of less than ninety degrees.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour le forage avec tubage. On utilise à cet effet un sabot de forage (10) permettant ultérieurement le forage in situ, avec des éléments de découpe susceptibles d'être maintenus sur le sabot en réaction aux forces appliquées durant le forage par le trou de forage, mais également mobiles depuis l'enveloppe par laquelle le sabot passe ultérieurement au moment de la découpe par le sabot de forage in situ (10). Le sabot de forage (10) comporte un ou plusieurs profils, dans lesquels prennent place des lames (26) portant les éléments de découpe qui découpent la formation. Ces profils comprennent au moins une projection, reposant dans une fente d'adaptation propre aux lames. Les lames (26) peuvent aussi être configurées avec des parties opposées, elles-mêmes configurées mutuellement pour présenter un angle au sommet (136) de moins de 90 degrés.
